Emma, EJ, and Diane from Hillside CrossFit have undertaken this enormous challenge to raise money to sponsor ROAR school programs in their local community. No one asked them to. This was completely their idea. That's just the kind of people they are.

They are going to take turns swimming continuously for 24 hours because they want to raise awareness about youth mental health. They want to show what they've learned through their training; that exercise, a positive mindset, and connection to community are the pathways to better wellbeing.
