I am an active little boy who knows how to sit, walks well on lead and am social and playful with other dogs and people. I am looking for a home with active owners who will want to spend a lot of time with me. I will need you to spend lots of time with me each day doing activities like walking me, playing with me, grooming me and simply just hanging out with me at home. I can be a little unsure of fast movements and close restraint so we recommend that I don't go to a home with kids under 6. If you do have children please bring them into the shelter to meet me before making your final decision. I may be small but am very active. It would be best if I could get 2 short walks daily plus playtime at home to help keep me fit and healthy. I am very social with other dogs here in the shelter so should get along well with any other social dogs. I am a very sweet and affectionate girl,however somewhat shy of new people and different things. I am active and playful when I am relaxed but need a little time to get used to new things. I need a calm older home without children under 8years, with someone experienced who has plenty of time for me and will include me in as many family activities as is possible. I need to gradually experience new things and meet different people so I can build my confidence and feel more relaxed. I need quality daily exercise, one to two walks, some interactive play like running around chasing a ball etc. Also just some down time lounging about relaxing with my family. I am a little unsure of other dogs, especially bouncy excitable ones,so I will need to meet any potential doggy friends. Your fences should be well maintained and secure 5ft,with no holes or gaps underneath.

Butch is a big, bouncy boy who will be perfect for an active and outgoing household. He loves to run around and play, but can be rough so will need to recieve ongoing obedience training and lots of exercise on a daily basis. I will need to go to a home where there are no pocket pets as I will chase them. Any potential canine companion will need to meet me at the shelter.

Tys is a playful, freindly and outgoing boy, who will need to go to a home where he will recieve plenty of exercise, regular playtime and ongoing obedience training. "Tys" will not be suitable to go to a home with small children under the age of eight years, as he is very jumpy and boisterous and in his enthusiasm may knock smalkl children over. He would love to go to a home with another large playful dog as long as they are introduced at the shelter prior to adoption. He will not be suitable to be in a home with cats or pocket pets as he may chase them. If you are looking for a loving, playful, high energy dog then "Tys" may be the dog for you.

Butch is a real working boy. Butch loves to run and play and will chase so needs a home where there are no cats or small animals. Butch would like a home where he will get daily training and exercise and lots of quality time and teaching. Not Suitable for Children.

I need a home where the people are fit and active.I am looking for a family who want to have a close relationship with their dog,& will incorporate me into family life.I will need my new family to be understanding about my deafness and be patient and tolerant with me. I am a smart girl & can sit and drop,I'm food motivated & would love to be trained to do more.Because I am deaf I will require a Premise Inspection that way the premise can be checked before I go to a home to make sure it is safe and secure.

I am a very inquisitive & highly food motivated boy, so keep all foods secured away. I am a dog who is always on the go & I have a lot to say. I love the company of people. I enjoy being involved in as many family activities as possible. If I am left alone in the yard I become bored & I will bark, so it is important that I am given treat balls & other toys to help keep me challenged & mentally stimulated exercising me before you leave me alone. I want parents who is prepared to take me to group obedience training.I am a fast learner I can already sit. Kirk is an affectionate playful young dog. He can be a little shy at first, especially when meeting new large dogs. He needs someone who has the time to take him to group training, and help him gain confidence. He must meet any dogs of the household before going to live with them. He needs a calm home where the people are experienced with dogs. He needs to go home with a family that do not have any children under the age of 10 years. He came to the shelter with his sister Joy so if you are interested in 2 dogs, then please consider these 2 together.

I have had some training & have learn't to sit when asked, but I do jump up & I will need to supervised when with small children as I may knock them over accidentally. Max is an active boy who wants to learn. He is eager to please. Max is intelligent and would benefit from on owner who will continue dog training with him. Max is good with other dogs but not suitable for a home with live stock or cats. Max gets a bit excited and needs a home with no children under 6 years as he tends to chase and puppy nip. Max needs an active family who will give him daily exercise.
